Tonics

From July to September the tops of the stems with flowers are collected. It is dried in the shade, in an airy place.

Sensitive skin would be best cleansed with natural cold pressed oils.

Dry skin is particularly sensitive to tap water, which dries out the epidermis due to limescale and its pH.

Use compresses daily and hold them for 10 to 15 minutes
