Orders and Payment

Products are ordered by selecting, using a menu, and filling out an electronic form. The user can order and buy a product as a registered or an unregistered user.

Payments can be made with the following payment types:
 

	American Express
	Visa
	Master Card
	Diners

• E-banking
• Payment slip
• Cash on delivery.

The order is considered received:

• If paying by credit card – at the moment in which PRIRODA LIJEČI receives the confirmation of pre-authorisation of the order amount on the buyer’s credit card
• If paying via e-banking, payment slip, or cash on delivery – at the moment in which PRIRODA LIJEČI electronically receives the order.
• When the order is received, PRIRODA LIJEČI will notify the buyer of receiving the order, i.e. of the product being ordered, via email.
• If paying by credit card, the contract is considered concluded at the moment in which PRIRODA LIJEČI receives the confirmation of pre-authorisation of the order amount on the buyer’s credit card.
• If paying by e-banking and payment slip, the contract is considered concluded at the moment in which PRIRODA LIJEČI receives the confirmation of the paid order amount.

If the ordered product is not in stock, PRIRODA LIJEČI will notify the buyer of the current unavailability of the product and the amount of time needed to restock it.

PRIRODA LIJEČI will deliver the product in the shortest amount of time if the product is in stock.
