Magistras Mirjana and Nika Brlečić unhesitatingly accepted the invitation for "Priroda liječi" to join a socially responsible project dedicated to protecting bee colonies and preserving biodiversity, developed by the company Plan Bee.

Trought its activities, Plan Bee raises awareness about the fact that bees are at serious risk of extinction - and that their disappearance would threaten humanity itself. Since as much as 75% of global food production relies on pollinators, primarily bees, concrete action is necessary to protect them and increase their population. 

ESG Initiative Project 

This project is a part of an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiative. It includes activities for the preservation of nature and biodiversity, as well as educational programs for local communities and children, aimed at developing their sensitivity toword nature and the ecosystem from an early age.

WITHOUT BEES, THERE IS NO SURVIVAL ON EARTH

As part od this initiative, a beehive branded with "Priroda liječi" logo is now located in Istria, housing a colony of approximatey 50,000 bees. A single colony pollinates about two million flowers a day. This means that the bee colonies from the "Priroda liječi" hives will pollinate roughly two million flowers daily - totaling a staggering 10 billion flowers per year!
