Water is the healthiest drink and the best thirst quencher. It is an excellent ally for maintaining healthy, hydrated skin. During the summer months, when it's important to drink more than usual, plain water can be enhanced, changed, given a different taste, and a new color in a completely natural way. Naturally flavored water is an excellent beverage that will bring colors and joy into our lives, greatly benefiting the health and beauty of the skin, as well as the entire body. The combinations are endless - typically, refreshing fruits, vegetables, or herbs like mint are mixed with those that will give the water a natural sweet note, such as strawberries.

Regardless of which combination you choose, there are some universal rules.

The ingredients added to the water - fruits, vegetables, spices - should be chopped and mixed with a wooden spoon. Let it sit for at least twelve hours in the refrigerator in a pitcher or a closed glass container. For the same amount of fruit, you can add water over the course of 2-3 days and drink the refreshing, completely naturally flavored beverage daily.

Lemon is a food with the longest list of positive effects on our body; it boosts immunity, its acidity repels harmful bacteria while attracting bacteria beneficial to our digestive system, it increases energy levels when tired, strengthens microcirculation and skin firmness, rejuvenates the skin, and reduces cellulite. A slice of lemon or lime is a mandatory ingredient in refreshing drinks, as well as evening cocktails, but flavored water with just half a slice of lemon and half a slice of lime will refresh us better than regular lemonade.

Mint and blueberries are a combination for those who love the refreshing taste of mint - in tea in winter, in flavored water, or in other drinks in summer.
