Walking

Nordic walking requires special poles that actively involve your arms in walking, distributing the body's weight over four points, allowing for longer durations of activity. With the Nordic walking technique, you can walk longer distances without feeling tired. Interestingly, Nordic walking engages 90% of your body's muscles with the proper use of poles.

Hiking

Hiking is not just a regular walk and requires more organization and preparation. It's difficult to do every day, but there are weekends. Croatia has many well-marked and beautiful hiking trails. Before embarking on any of them, it's a good idea to study the route and bring the necessary equipment. There are numerous hiking clubs that organize hiking schools once a year on average, where you can learn everything you need to navigate the mountains.
