Parsley Use Tips

Curly-leaf parsley is ideal for decoration. Flat-leaf parsley has a more intense flavour and is better for cooking since it has a higher heat tolerance.

We can keep fresh parsley leaves in the fridge for longer if we store them in a plastic bag or wrap them in a paper towel.

To keep parsley fresh for longer, parsley stems should be placed in cold water (just like flowers).

Dried leaves should be kept in a hermetically sealed container, in a dry, cool, and dark place.

Chopped fresh parsley leaves can be frozen in small plastic bags (for one-time use).

Mashed potatoes will take on a completely new, wonderful flavour if we mix them with cooked parsley root.

For bad breath or after eating onion or garlic, chew a few fresh parsley leaves, and bad breath will disappear.
