Let's keep summer within us

With a few adjustments and adaptations, you can retain all the goodness that summer brings to your mind and body throughout the year. Here are five suggestions on how to do that.

Each of us has certain activities, habits, maybe even rituals that we only practice during the summer. The fact is, during the summer, we rest more, we're more relaxed, it's vacation time, and this has an exceptional effect on our health, mood, beauty, and overall well-being. In the summer, we feel good in our own shoes. Cynics will say - that's because we're mostly barefoot. The real question is why we shouldn't keep some of those summer habits all year round... It's not that impossible. Here are five suggestions on how to do that:

1. Exercise

During the summer, we move more, swim, walk, ride bikes... Experts say that just thirty minutes of physical activity a day is enough. It could be walking - it's proven to improve mood, protect health, and help maintain desired body weight. Long walks along the coast in the summer were good for your body and soul; now is the perfect opportunity to continue with at least thirty minutes of walking daily.

2. Hair care

For quality hair care throughout the year, you really don't need much time or money. We suggest an oil treatment before washing or a coconut butter hair mask - one of the best remedies for dry, lifeless hair. Rub a few tablespoons of coconut butter into your hair and wrap it in a damp, warm towel. The warmth provides energy that accelerates the absorption of oil into the hair shafts. 3. Facial care
