The massage should be gentle, performed with small circular motions, and end with gentle pressure. Due to the pronounced sensitivity of the neck skin, avoid overly vigorous movements or rubbing as they can cause redness and irritation.

ARE THERE EFFECTIVE EXERCISES FOR THE NECK AREA?

There are a series of simple exercises that can strengthen the muscle tissue. They can be performed several times a day and help maintain the firmness and compactness of the neck skin. One effective exercise is as follows:

  1. Extend your chin forward and simultaneously say the word "icks" to keep the muscles maximally tense.
  2. Try to open your mouth as wide as possible while providing resistance with clenched fists placed under the chin. Then slowly bring the chin towards the chest without moving the shoulders.
  3. Hold that position for at least five seconds, then raise your head and slowly tilt it first towards the right, and then towards the left shoulder.
  4. Make sure to perform these movements slowly and without jerking. Return your head to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise several times a day, especially if you spend long hours at the desk, which keeps your neck in the same position for hours.
