How to massage the area around the eyes?

Gently tap the area around the eyes with your fingertips to stimulate circulation and relax the muscles.

A forehead and temple massage combined with light pressure on the bridge of the nose works wonders. Circular facial muscle training will also help the eyes: raise your eyebrows and look up at the same time. Then move your eyebrows and look in the opposite direction. Laughter activates more facial muscles than any other facial movement. Turn the corners of your mouth up and then lower them. Repeat this exercise several times in front of the mirror!
