If you want your body to “breath” and your skin to become smooth and supple, treat your skin with a peeling. It is very simple to prepare the body peeling yourself.
All skin types. During showering, along with your shower gel add 1 spoon of sea salt into your palm. Rub your entire body with this mixture. Start from your feet and move upward. Not only will you remove the dead cells but you will also stimulate micro-circulation and acquire a sense of health and beauty. Treat yourself at least once a week. After showering, it is good to rub the whole body with a rough towel. Dry skin– sea salt peeling. This peeling will do wonders for tired, dry skin. Apply high quality body milk (Nikel Winter Fairytale!) to dry skin. Take 2 teaspoons of coarse sea salt. Use moist fingertips to massage salt gently in circles into your skin to which you have already applied oil. Massage the whole body in circles, from your feet toward your heart for 10 minutes. Rinse your body with tepid water (no soap or shower gel), soaking moisture with soft towel. Massage nourishing milk into the skin. Oily skin – yeast peeling. Brewers yeast is excellent for beauty! It contains proteins, fats and vitamins A, B, H and D, important for health and beauty of skin. Combine 2 tablespoons of dry yeast with water, apply it to your body and let it sit for 10 minutes. Get in the tub and peel the dried mixture, applying a circular movement. Rinse your body with a tepid shower and gently dry with soft towel. Massage hydrating body milk into your skin.
