Adequate fluid intake is rule number one for health, as well as for the beauty of skin, hair, nails, good digestion, weight loss, and overall body condition. Even children in kindergarten know this, but often, in the rush of daily obligations, we forget this important rule. Forgetting to drink enough water means forgetting ourselves, and that's not good.

Alongside NiKEL hydration products, many of which have been awarded gold medals at world exhibitions like the NiKEL Control 365 collection for deep hydration, we also bring you a few very simple yet effective tricks to make drinking enough fluids a habit.

1. Quality Bottle

Avoid plastic bottles, and definitely do not reuse them. Invest in a glass or stainless steel water bottle. The selection is truly vast.

2. Reminder

There are likely apps for smartphones, but you can also simply set an alarm to remind you to drink a glass of water every hour. This way, you'll also get a little walk and change your position.

3. Appropriate Cream

The Control 365 Insert Aqua cream with water from Swiss glaciers provides 24-hour refreshing hydration. In this cream, water from Swiss glaciers is encapsulated in liposomes that bring moisture to the deep layers of the epidermis, acting in perfect harmony with the skin, leaving it hydrated, fresh, radiant, and smooth.

4. Drink Water on an Empty Stomach

Drink the first glass of water immediately in the morning, on an empty stomach, let it be water with the juice of one lemon squeezed into it. It's also good to end the day with a glass of water.

5. Energizing Tonic

A simple press on the spray pump can refresh the skin of the face and décolleté several times a day with the Energizing Tonic and Alpine Rose Tonic!

6. NiKEL Evening Primrose Oil

Evening primrose oil restores the surface layer and prevents dehydration. Apply a few drops of this oil to your face and neck before applying cream. It's a 100% natural concentrate of cold-pressed plant oils jojoba, evening primrose, passionflower, rosemary essence, sweet orange, and natural vitamin E from wheat germ. For sensitive, dehydrated skin, redness, as well as flakiness or acne.

7. More Movement - More Water!

This is also a rule that falls into the "kill two birds with one stone" category— the more you move, the greater your need for water intake.

8. Drink Water Through a Straw

Kids love drinking through a straw. Sipping through a straw is one of the fondest childhood memories. Try drinking water through a straw - we guarantee you'll drink more than usual.

9. Bottle on the Desk

In addition to the usual cup of coffee or tea, have a water bottle on your desk - so that there's no "Out of sight, out of mind."

10. Flavored Water Flavored water - lemon, mint, lavender, raspberry...

This is a great way to get kids accustomed to healthy drinks. We mean, of course, flavored water that you can make yourself in your kitchen and chill in the fridge.

11. Iced Teas

Make your own iced tea - simply brew your favorite herbal tea, chill it well, add ice cubes, and sip it throughout the day. Mint leaves are excellent for extra refreshment, as are slices of citrus fruit.
