How can we all use parsley?

Curly parsley is ideal for decorating. Parsley with flat leaves is stronger in taste and more suitable for cooking because it tolerates heat better.

We will keep fresh parsley leaves longer in the refrigerator if we put them in a plastic bag or if we wrap them in a paper towel. To stay fresh for as long as possible, parsley stalks should be placed in cold water (like flowers!). Dried leaves should be stored in an airtight container, in a dry, cool and dark place. Chopped fresh parsley leaves can be frozen by placing them in small plastic bags (quantity for one use). Mashed potatoes will get a whole new and great taste, if we mix it with boiled parsley root. In case of bad breath, or after eating onions or garlic, chew a few leaves of fresh parsley and the bad breath will disappear.
