Similar to hands - which express and recommend us in their own way - beautiful and well-groomed legs and feet are important for health, comfort, and an attractive appearance. Although we regularly take care of our feet, we pay special attention to them in the summer months. After a pedicure treatment at the salon or at home, feet need daily care to keep the skin soft and healthy. Foot Bath

For relaxation and a good feeling, it would be good to occasionally treat your feet to a bath! You can prepare it by placing a tablespoon of rosemary, lavender, and marshmallow in half a liter of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for about fifteen minutes, strain, add lukewarm water and a few drops of NiKEL circulation oil. This rich oil quickly and deeply penetrates the skin, regulates skin moisture, and gives it elasticity. Soak your feet in the bath and keep them in the water for about ten minutes. Then rub your feet and legs with a rough towel and apply NiKEL Heel and Foot Regenerative Balm with shea butter.

Foot Sweat Bath

50 g sage leaves

3 dl water

If you suffer from excessively sweaty feet, a sage bath could help. Pour one handful of chopped sage leaves over 3 dl of boiling water, let it stand for about ten minutes. Strain and pour the resulting liquid into a basin with a little warm water, - so that you can soak your feet. Soak your feet in the bath and keep them in the water for about ten minutes. If you really want to get rid of foot sweat, use this bath daily. To keep your feet soft, massage your feet with NiKEL Heel and Foot Regenerative Balm with shea butter after the bath. The bath can also be used for sweaty palms (same procedure) and underarm sweating: pour the area under the armpits with it every evening and morning for a few minutes
